Winter Thrushes

You might have noticed the influx of 'winter thrushes' in your gardens, eating all the berries! Redwings and Fieldfare arrive around this time of year from the continent, but so too do a large number of Blackies and Robins. Here's a few pics from my garden - note the redness under the wing and the eyestripe of the Redwing, and the grey (ish) head of the Fieldfare.

 Look at the red marks under the wing and the very distinctive strip above the eye.
